The most effective way to check your students grade.
Each family receives a KEY CODE to set up their iParent account. iParent enables parents to review their child's grades and attendance on-line from any computer. The Media Specialist, Mrs. Olliff, will be giving out Key Codes during orientation. Parents who have an account set up, but forgot their password, you may email anna.olliff@ccboe.net to request their information. We strongly encourage parents to set up this account and to write down all of the information as they do this (log in name, password, clues to password). If parents forget the password once they set up the account, they will have to contact Angie Deming at the county's Technology Department to get this information. If a parent does not have access to a computer, he or she may set up an appointment with the media center staff to use one of the school's computers to set up the iParent account. We have brochures available to help in setting up the iParent account.
Parents may purchase a yearbook online at www.ybpay.com or send a check, payable to Lifetouch, in the envelope provided, to the homeroom teacher or Mrs. Olliff in the media center. The deadline for ordering yearbooks is February 2, 2010.
Parents of 8th graders who want to purchase a baby photo/greeting may send a check, payable to Evans Middle, to Mrs. Olliff. 8th graders received information about the greetings with their yearbook order form. www.ybpay.com
